Korea Ekes Out 2-2 Draw with Uzbekistan

Under the guidance of manager Choi Kang-hee, Korea barely managed a 2-2 draw against Uzbekistan in Tashkent on Tuesday in the final round of Asian qualifiers for the 2014 World Cup in Brazil.

The home side displayed superior form throughout the game to end Korea's winning streak, which saw it trample over Qatar and Lebanon. The result leaves Korea on seven points in Group A. It will next face Iran on Oct. 17.
