Korea has earned its Paralympic first gold medal in the women's team archery competition, with Kim Ran-sook, Lee Hwa-sook and Ko Hee-sook beating China by 6 points in the women's team recurve final in London to gain the honor.
Lee, the Beijing Paralympics champion in the women's individual competition, also brought home a silver medal on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the men's archery team advanced to the final but lost to Russia, adding a silver to Korea's medal tally.
