Clothing by two young Korean designers who recently graduated from Parsons, the prestigious fashion school in the Big Apple, will soon be displayed and sold at Opening Ceremony, a retail store in New York.

Jin Kay and Christy Jee-hyun Lee were the winners in the competition among the school's senior students in the women's and men's wear sections, respectively, at its annual fundraising fashion show, called Fashion Benefit.

Their prize-winning collections will be featured in time for New York Fashion Week in September.

Reed Krakoff and Vivienne Tam served as judges for this year's contest, which drew 39 contestants. Previous graduates of the school include world-class fashion designers such as Marc Jacobs, Donna Karan and Tom Ford.
