The Korean Olympic football team cruised to the quarterfinals for the first time since the Athens Olympics in 2004, drawing 0-0 against Gabon at Wembley Stadium in London on Wednesday.

With one win and two draws, Korea advanced to the quarterfinals as the runner-up in Group B. Mexico, who beat Switzerland 1-0 to collect two wins and one draw from the group stage, landed the top spot in Group B.

Korea will face the U.K., the winner of Group A, in the quarterfinals in the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff.
