Kim Hyo-joo

Amateur golfer Kim Hyo-joo, who won titles in both the Korean and Japanese LPGA Tours this season, announced on Thursday that she will turn professional in Korea in September.

The 17-year-old became the youngest winner of the Suntory Ladies Open in Japan last month.

With the victory, she earned a full seed for next season on the JLPGA tour.
