Just a week after its launch, Samsung's latest smartphone is the most popular mobile phone in Britain. According to mobile site u-switch, the Galaxy S3 is outselling Apple's iPhone 4S in the U.K.

The strong sales figures have been boosted by reviews which hailed the gadget as the best phone on the market.
