UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon expects global leaders to discuss North Korea's nuclear program during the Seoul Nuclear Security Summit. In an interview Tuesday, Ban said although the topic is not included on the official agenda for the March meeting, he expects world leaders to hold talks about it on the sidelines of the two-day gathering.
He added some countries could bring up the issue, citing the need for an early resumption of the six-party nuclear talks and a nuclear-free Korean Peninsula.
