Actress Song Hye-kyo has filed a defamation complaint against 41 Internet users, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said on Friday. Police have started investigating them.
Police said Song is accusing them of posting comments on websites since September 2008 claiming she has a voracious appetite for men and is the mistress of a powerful politician.
Song filed the complaint on Wednesday in her own name rather than through her management agency and apparently submitted around 100 pages of evidence.
