Hyundai's Elantra Coupe Gets World Premier in Chicago

Hyundai Motor gave the Elantra Coupe its world premier at the Chicago Auto Show on Wednesday (local time). The new model is a two-door coupe, based on the four-door Elantra sedan (Avante in Korea) and targets younger customers with its dynamic design.

Along with the Elantra Coupe, Hyundai introduced a diverse range of vehicles including the Elantra GT, Veloster, Veloster Turbo, Equus, Genesis and the eco-friendly Sonata Hybrid at the motor show.

Meanwhile, Kia Motors unveiled for the first time its Track'ster concept Crossover Utility Vehicle at the show. The Track'ster, which Kia said it has no plan to commercialize, is a three-door concept car with a dynamic design and powerful performance.
