Korean Claims First Medal at ISU-Sanctioned Men's Figure Skating Event

Lee June-hyoung became the first Korean male figure skater to win a medal at an International Skating Union (ISU)-hosted competition on Saturday.

Lee took bronze in the men's single event at the Junior Grand Prix in Milan after he finished fourth in the short program. He earned 118.50 points in the free skating section for a total of 176.48.

This put him third behind winner Yan Han of China (219.37) and Jason Brown of the U.S. (194.28).
