Korea Ranks 27th in Quality of Life Among Leading Nations

Korea ranks 27th out of 39 countries in the OECD and the G20 for quality of life.

Referring to OECD, UN and World Bank data, the Finance Ministry on Sunday said the country ranked 17th in terms of growth engines, 14th in environment and 19th in infrastructure as of 2008.

While Korea fared well in technological innovation and green industries, it scored relatively low in welfare and workplace safety.
