Hyundai-Kia Reveals New Wagon, Compact in Geneva

Hyundai-Kia Automotive Group unveiled a raft of new models at the Geneva Auto Show which kicked off in Switzerland on Tuesday.

Among them was the Hyundai i40 mid-size wagon, which was designed specifically for the European market at the carmaker’s Europe Design Centre in Russelsheim, Germany.

Hyundai revealed 11 new cars in 10 models, including the Veloster coupe, Curb concept, high-end Equus sedan, Genesis coupe, Veracruz crossover (or ix55 in Europe), and ix20 MPV.

Kia, meanwhile, showed off its new Rio compact. The successor to the Pride, it will hit major markets including Europe, the U.S. and Korea in the second half of this year.
