Poverty-stricken North Korea is spending some US$150 million building a house and office for leader Kim Jong-il's heir apparent Jong-un, the Telegraph reported Saturday.

In this satellite photo posted on the U.K. paper's website, the structure on the left is reportedly Kim's office, and the newly built Official Residence No. 15 on the right his home.
