Cheong Wa Dae Launches G20 Campaign

      Cheong Wa Dae has launched a campaign to promote the G20 Summit in Seoul on Nov. 11 and 12. All Cheong Wa Dae staff will change their ringtones to the official G20 campaign song "Let's go" from Wednesday, according to presidential spokeswoman Kim Hee-jung on Monday.

      "Let's go" is sung by 20 singers including Son Dam-bi, IU and members from groups such as Girls' Generation, SHINee, 2AM, 2PM, Kara, BEAST, After School and Super Junior.

      The Cheong Wa Dae Twitter account has been holding a quiz on the G20 at 11:11 a.m. every day since Oct. 12, giving the first five people who get the answers right a football signed by Park Ji-sung. The quiz continues until Nov. 10.

      The presidential office also released a poll of 1,000 adults that revealed nine out of 10 think hosting the G20 plays a positive role in enhancing the national image. In the poll by Research & Research, 88.1 percent of respondents thought G20 in Seoul would benefit the national image and 82.4 percent the economy.

      The nationwide poll was conducted on Sunday. The margin of error was 3.1 percent and the confidence level 95 percent.
