Football star Ji So-yun will start talks with the Boston Breakers of Women's Professional Soccer in the U.S., according to her management agency AT Sports.
"After reviewing the details of a proposal made by Boston, we will begin negotiations," said AT Sports, which recently signed the 19-year-old midfielder to a four-year contract.
Ji came to international attention by scoring eight goals in the U-20 Women's World Cup in July, leading Korea to an astonishing third place.
Established in 2008, the Boston Breakers finished fifth among seven teams in the WPS last year, and are currently ranked third this season.
