Sales of the iPhone in the Korean market reached the 700,000-mark on Saturday, mobile operator KT said Sunday.
An average of 4,000 iPhones were sold per day since its debut here, with 7,000 units sold on May 17 alone.
New customers are being attracted by word of mouth so the number of subscribers is increasing quickly without promotional activities, KT said.
