The bodies of the seven Japanese tourists who died in a fire at an indoor shooting range in Busan last Saturday were returned to Japan on Thursday.
Bereaved family members accompanied the remains on board a plane that left Gimhae airport at 5:50 p.m. heading to the Fukuoka airport in Japan. Fukuoka is the closest international airport to the hometowns of most of the victims.
Police are still investigating the exact cause of the fire that claimed 11 lives.
