The Chinese actress Li Bingbing is to be given an appreciation award by the Korea Tourism Organization (KTO) on Wednesday for her contribution to promoting exchanges between Korea and China.

The 33-year old is one of the top three actresses in China along with Zhang Ziyi and Zhou Xun.

KTO said, "Li is actively working for the promotion of exchanges between the two countries, having released a photo album with pictures taken in Seoul last year." Li arrives in Korea on Wednesday and visits Seoul and Busan.
