The Seoul Central District Court has decided to temporarily release the brother of the late president so that he can attend the funeral of the former president.

Former president Roh Moo-hyun's older brother Roh Gun-pyeong is currently behind bars on charges of receiving bribes. The older brother can stay out till 5 p.m. this coming Friday but will only be allowed to go to places related to the former president's funeral.
