Veteran pop star Seo Tai-ji, whose new album is about to be released, is to give a concert with the acclaimed classical conductor and composer Tolga Kashif. The concert with a big-name British orchestra is at Seoul World Cup Stadium on Sept. 27.

Kashif has conducted numerous world-class orchestras such as the London Philharmonic and the Royal Philharmonic orchestras, and worked as an arranger and producer for best-selling albums like "The Queen Symphony." He will be the music director at the concert, which features his arrangement of Seo's music.

Seo Tai-ji Company said Seo is putting the finishing touches to a new album. Details of the concert have been discussed, and Seo and Kashif are working on the program. "It will satisfy everyone, not only classical music fans and Seo Tai-ji maniacs but music fans in general, giving them a chance to enjoy and be inspired," the company claims.
