The U.S. entertainment magazine People featured images of Paris Hilton in traditional Korean dress or Hanbok on the front page of its online edition on Saturday.
Under the headline "Paris Hilton: A Seoul Sister," the magazine posted six pictures of the famous-for-being-famous hotel heiress dressed in handbook plus scenes with fellow guests on the variety show "Infinite Challenge" including Jeong Jun-ha. The feature is subtitled, "The heiress gets the royal (and traditional) treatment during her visit to South Korea."
The piece de resistance is a series of photos of Hilton emerging from a palanquin in full Korean dress. "She may be in South Korea to endorse a Fila sportswear collection, but Hilton makes a point to experience local customs and to see the sights," the magazine captions. "I wish I had more time here... I'd love to see the Korean palaces, architecture and old streets," it quotes her as saying. The heiress left Korea on Sunday afternoon after a five-day stay in Seoul.
