The Korean and U.S. governments are planning an event featuring pop stars from both countries when their leaders meet in late April.Blackpink and Lady Gaga are in the running.President Yoon Suk-yeol will attend a state dinner hosted by U.S. President Joe Biden with around 300 guests when he makes a state visit to Washington in late April.The stars will celebrate the 70th anniversary of the bilateral alliance. They have already collaborated on Lady Gaga's single "Sour Candy" in 2020.Other luminaries at the dinner could include the stars of hit Korean films like "Parasite" and "Minari," but a Foreign Ministry source said, "The U.S. has not yet shared with us a list of the invitees."
