Son Heung-min of Tottenham Hotspur has tripled his transfer value over the past three years to US$110 million.
He sits at 35th among players from the European top five leagues "with the most positive gap between their current transfer value and the fee paid for them by their club," according to Switzerland's International Center for Sports Studies on Monday.
Son moved to Tottenham from Bayer Leverkusen in 2015 for a $37 million transfer fee. Scoring 18 goals in 43 appearances this season, he is on course to exceed his personal record of 21 goals, set last season.
The striker is set to discuss a new deal with Tottenham in the next few weeks.
